Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 12 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment start time.
Lash Fill Policy: 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case-by-case basis and may require more time or removal, which will be charged according to the time spent.
